Now Hiring: Full-Care Direct Support ProfessionalsFocus is hiring dependable and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide 24/7 support to individuals who require full-care assistance and two-person staffing.If you are patient, caring, reliable, and comfortable providing hands-on support, we want you on our team!Pay$16.50–$18.50 per hour Based on Experience & EducationFull-Time & Part-Time Positions AvailableMake a Difference Every DayOur DSPs play an important role in helping individuals who require extensive support live safely, comfortably, and with dignity.You will work as part of a two-person staffing team to provide consistent, dependable care and support throughout the day and night.What You'll DoProvide hands-on assistance with full-care daily living needsAssist with bathing, dressing, toileting, meals, and personal hygieneProvide support with lifting, transferring, positioning, and mobilityFollow individualized care, support, and behavioral plansProvide 24/7 supervision and supportWork cooperatively with a second staff member to maintain safe and effective careAssist with medical appointments, errands, and community activities as appropriateEncourage independence and participation whenever possibleMaintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environmentComplete required documentation accurately and timelyBuild positive, respectful, and supportive relationshipsWhy Work With Focus?Paid Training – No Experience Needed!
