Job PostingNorth Community Counseling Centers, Inc. is searching for qualified and dedicated residential care staff members to provide exceptional in-house care to the clients of our Next Generation Program FT M-F. The clients within the residential care homes are adults suffering from mental health and substance abuse issues.Job Type: Full-Time and part-time is available.Rate: $15Days: 5 days a weekShifts:1st Shift 8a - 4p2nd Shift 4p - 12a3rd Shift 12a - 8aWILLING TO WORK WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYSResponsibilities:Ensure the health and safety of our clientsAdminister medicationsCook healthy meals, per State regulations/guidelinesConfirm that food is available to coordinate with the weekend and holiday menus.Complete balanced weekly menus for 2 weeks.Clean and maintain the office area and common areas of the home.Hourly house checks: Being aware of the whereabouts of every resident on the hour.Assist residents assigned to you with completion of their ADLs and maintenance of their room.Ensure the bathrooms are clean at the end of your shift.Ensure the kitchen and dining room areas are clean at the end of your shift, all dishes are put away, tables and counter tops are cleaned off.Plan and implement activitiesMaintain residents schedule for your shift.Supervise client medication, charting all incoming medications, coordination with nurse and case manager regarding medication compliance.
