Direct Support ProfessionalKindly Direct Care is seeking a dependable Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one in-home and community support position in Gibbsboro, NJ.About This OpportunityThe individual needs a DSP who is comfortable providing hands-on assistance while promoting dignity, privacy, choice, and as much independence as possible. Candidates should apply only if they are comfortable with the personal-care responsibilities listed below.Responsibilities May IncludeAssist with ADLs, including hygiene and showering.Provide community-based support, safe lifting and transfers when applicable.Accompany the individual on outings and provide opportunities for recreation, entertainment, and community engagement.Support daily routines and encourage the individual to participate as independently as possible.Provide one-to-one supervision, companionship, and safety support.Assist with community participation, errands, appointments, and meaningful activities as applicable.Follow individualized care, behavioral, medical, and safety instructions within DSP scope and training.Observe for and promptly report changes or concerns.Complete required service documentation, timekeeping, and communication accurately and on time.QualificationsComfortable providing the hands-on personal care specifically required by this assignment.Reliable, respectful, patient, and attentive to safety.Able to follow detailed instructions and maintain professional boundaries.Prior DSP, HHA, CNA, PCA, home care, behavioral health, or disability-services experience preferred for this assignment.Driving requiredAble to meet the physical requirements of the assignment as discussed during screening.Schedule: Mon & Tues 9:00-2:00; Weekends 10:00 am-8:00 pm Pay: $17-$21/hourly Location: Gibbsboro, NJ Driving on shift: RequiredKindly provides the required onboarding and assignment-specific training.
