Build connections that matter with BAYADA.At BAYADA Home Health Care, the work you do goes beyond tasks—it's about building trust, fostering independence, and creating meaningful, everyday moments for the people you support.As a Companion / Direct Support Professional (DSP) you'll work one-on-one in homes and communities, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (including Autism, Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and more). You'll serve as a mentor, advocate, and steady presence—helping each person build confidence, develop life skills, and live life on their terms.Here, your voice is heard, your work is valued, and your growth truly matters.
