Join us in changing lives.We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to service an individual Cherry Hill, NJ. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $17-$24.Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilitiesHelp individuals develop skills to live independently and engage in community activitiesFoster positive relationships with individuals, families, and community membersCreate a safe and supportive environment for individuals to thriveCollaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized service plansParticipate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledgeAs a valued member of our team, you will enjoy competitive pay and a passionate team dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
