In this rewarding role, you'll work one-on-one with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them build independence, participate in their community, and achieve their personal goals.As a DSP, you will support individuals as they engage in community activities, develop life skills, build social connections, and enjoy meaningful experiences that promote independence and inclusion.This is an excellent opportunity for compassionate and dependable individuals who are passionate about helping others live their best lives.
