Direct Support Professional (DSP)Join Creative Foundations and make a meaningful impact every day! We are seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and throughout the community. Earn $18 per hour, work the shift that fits your schedule, and take advantage of our $1,000 sign-on bonus for eligible hires. We are currently hiring for all shifts!Hiring now for the following shifts:7 AM - 3 PM2 PM - 11 PMOvernights 11 PM - 7 AM*Weekend availability required*Exact start/end times may vary.Paying $18/hour during waking hours and $11/hour during sleep shifts.Why you'll love working with us:$1,000 sign-on bonus for eligible Direct Support ProfessionalsFlexible schedules that fit your lifeCompetitive pay starting at $18/hourPaid training and career growth opportunitiesMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceWork that truly matters, helping people live with dignity and independenceVeteran-friendly employer, we value your service and skillsWhat you'll do:As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities — both at home and in their community — helping them live as independently as possible.Your work may include:Supporting individuals with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal care (i.e. grooming, hygiene etc.), or transportationEncouraging participation in social and community activities – shopping, social events etc.Helping people achieve personal goals and celebrating progressPromoting choice, independence, and self-advocacyAccurately documenting care, activities, and progressCommunicating with team members to ensure consistent, quality supportWhat you need:High school diploma or equivalentSuccessful background check and required trainingAt least 21 years oldValid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance (primary or secondary)Ability to work safely and respectfully in clients' homes and communitiesCompassion, reliability, and a desire to make a positive impactPreferred Qualifications:Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and/or autism, including implementation of the Individual Service Plan (ISP)Experience using foundational behavior-support strategies such as redirection, visual prompting, and environmental modification.Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements.
