Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Connections For LifeAt Connections For Life (CFL), we are mission-driven, passionate, and people-focused. As a DSP, you'll build meaningful relationships while supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities throughout Solano County.Schedule7 Days a week - 4 pm - 10 pmCompensation & BenefitsStarting wage: $19.61/hour (day shifts)Overnight shifts: $18.57/hourWage increases based on length of service and merit.Employee benefit eligibility (30+ hours per week) including medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid sick leaveAflacMileage reimbursementAdvancement opportunitiesOngoing training and developmentOur MissionEmpowering people with disabilities by providing services that promote independence, equality, and integration — enhancing their quality of life.Schedule ExpectationsCFL provides customized supports based on each person's Individual Service Plan (ISP). DSPs must be available to work no less than 8 hours weekly. This role requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, kneel, and maintain safe body mechanics while assisting others. CFL has a no single-lift policy to ensure the safety of both staff and individuals supported.Job TypeFlexible, variable part-time position.
