Employment Training Specialist Part-Time – Mon-Fri

nAs an Employment Training Specialist , you'll work one-on-one with individuals who have secured employment, providing job coaching, encouragement, advocacy, and skill development. nWhat You'll Do
nnProvide direct job coaching and support to individuals employed in community workplaces.
nHelp clients develop vocational skills and workplace success strategies.
nAdvocate for clients and support their growth toward greater independence.
nCollaborate with employers, families, and support teams.
nEncourage, motivate, and celebrate client achievements.
n nSchedule
nThis is a part-time position (up to 29 hours per week) . Hours are based on client needs and may include weekdays, evenings, weekends, and occasional schedule changes with 24-hour notice.
nWhat We're Looking For
nnHigh school diploma or equivalent required.
nTwo years of experience in vocational rehabilitation, special education, teaching, counseling, human services, or a related field preferred.
nStrong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
nValid driver's license required.
nAbility to pass a Health & Welfare criminal background check.
