Family would prefer 4-5 days/week but is open to 3 days a week. Potential to increase hours if it is a good fit.Likes: This client loves to walk in nature, read books and go for drives. The primary focus of support would be getting her out into the community to engage in preferred activities.Needs: The client’s sister/guardian has an auto immune disease and having the DSP wear a mask is very important to keeping them both healthy. The client’s sister will prepare all of her food, DSP is just expected to support her in eating it and assist with cleaning the client up afterwards.
