Direct Support ProfessionalMake a Meaningful ImpactLocation: East Petersburg, PA Pay Rate: $18/hour Schedule: Full-TimeMonday - Friday 4pm - 12 am 4 pmProgram: Residential Habilitative ProgramAbout the Role:Looking for meaningful overnight work with great pay and benefits? As an Overnight Direct Support Professional, you'll provide essential care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential home setting. No experience required —we provide comprehensive paid training to set you up for success!What You'll Do:Overnight Care & Support:Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of residents throughout the nightProvide assistance with personal care needs as requiredMonitor and respond to any medical or behavioral needsImplement approved behavior support plans when neededIndependence & Skill Building:Support individuals in working toward their personal independence goalsProvide coaching and guidance following individualized care plansServe as a positive role model and trusted presenceAssist with morning routines and preparation for the day aheadHousehold & Daily Living:Help with meal preparation for early morning or evening mealsMaintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environmentComplete light housekeeping duties as neededEnsure the home is well-organized and comfortableDocumentation & Communication:Complete required overnight logs, reports, and data collectionCommunicate important information to day shift staffDocument any incidents or changes in resident needsMaintain accurate medication administration recordsWhat We're Looking For:Required:High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license held for at least 3 years with no more than 3 points on driving recordPA clearances (Child Abuse, Criminal, FBI fingerprinting)Reliable, responsible, and able to work independentlyComfortable working overnight hoursNo Experience Necessary!
