You'll support daily living activities, community engagement, and personal development, while advocating for individual choice and dignity.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstands, supports, and advocates with people we support by helping them live a life of personal significance.Identifies, documents, and shares concerns and successes as appropriate.Transports and accompanies people to activities, appointments, and events.Helps with personal care tasks as needed, laundry and food preparation.Assists with money management by promoting independence.Administers medications and documents information.Additional duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to complete one-person physical transfersValid Pennsylvania driver's licenseMust meet Act 33/34 clearance requirements Why Join Achieva?
