Responsible for the overall support to individuals by teaching skills that foster independence and community integration.All individuals within the scope of their position are responsible to perform their job in light of the Mission & Values of the Health System. There is an ongoing responsibility for ensuring the values of Respect, Compassion, Justice, Hospitality, Holistic Approach, Stewardship, and Collaboration are present in our interactions with one another and in the service we provide.High school Diploma or General Equivalency DiplomaMust be at least 18 years of age.Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate data systems.One year experience in a caregiver role (work/volunteer/or life experience preferred in the intellectual disabilities service system).Ability to facilitate communication between internal and external customersExcellent basic and persuasive communication skillsMust have a valid PA drivers license, and satisfactory background checks including but not limited to (Pennsylvania Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance, Act 34 Criminal Clearance and Act 73 FBI Clearance).Redeemer Health is an equal opportunity employer.
