As a Direct Support Professional II, you'll do more than provide care—you'll empower individuals to live meaningful, independent lives in their communities.At Seven Hills Community Services, we believe the people we support should have choice, voice, and control over their lives—and you'll play a key role in making that happen.Starting pay is $20.50/hour, with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential. Martha's Vineyard programs offer a $4/hour differential, with the exception of the Franklin Street program, which offers $3/hour.
