You will assist these individuals with increasing their independence and quality of life. Work full time or part time as your schedule allows.Schedule: Weekday, evening, and weekend positions availableWage: $17.00 per hourHow you will make a difference:As part of our team, you will support people with disabilities in the following areas:Promote hobbies and recreational activitiesAssist with meal planning, grocery/personal shopping, & cookingSchedule and attend medical appointmentsParticipate in team meetings & writing care plansSupport & develop independent living skillsProvide education & opportunities to problem solve with regards to safety skills, social interactions, and self-advocacyWhat you will bring to Opportunity PartnersA desire to make a difference in the lives of people with disabilitiesWork independently with a flexible scheduleMust have reliable transportation and valid driver's license to drive to people's homes.Opportunity Partners is an Equal Opportunity employer committed to affirmative action and a welcoming environment for people of diverse communities.
