We are seeking dependable, compassionate professionals who are ready to make a positive impact while growing with a supportive team.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredValid Indiana driver's licenseReliable transportationActive auto insuranceCurrent vehicle registrationClean criminal history and driving recordCurrent CPR/First Aid certification is preferredStrong communication skillsDependable, compassionate, flexible, and eager to learnResponsibilities may vary by homesite and can include:Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and personal care support.Complete and maintain accurate daily documentation and reports.Provide transportation to work, community activities, and medical appointments as needed.Support individuals in learning about and preparing healthy meal options that encourage overall wellness.Demonstrate flexibility in changing situations and adapt to individual needs and daily routines.Participate in required meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
