Job description
St. Coletta of Wisconsin is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide person-centered care for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Jefferson, WI. DSPs support daily living activities, personal care, medication administration, transportation, and community integration. In this mission-driven role, you will implement individualized support plans, promote choice and independence, and ensure health and safety. Work collaboratively with a compassionate team, families, and clinicians while documenting services accurately.
