Job description
St. Coletta of Wisconsin is seeking Direct Support Professionals to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community-based settings in Jefferson, WI. DSPs provide personal care, teach daily living skills, support community outings, and implement individualized service plans. You will monitor health and safety, assist with medications per training, and document services accurately.
