Assists in planning group leisure activities, recreational events and community activities, career exploration and internship coaching at the request of the site supervisor.Participates in the ongoing assessment and evaluation of individual's needs and abilities. Assists individuals in determining valued outcomes, activities and staff supports to form plans of service.
