What is a Direct Support Professional? Direct Support Professionals (DSP's) provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), promoting community integration and inclusion, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal care, teaching daily and independent living skills. Job Types Full-Time, Part-Time and Per Diem Shifts Available Location Bedford Hills, NY(We have other locations throughout Westchester County, NY)White Plains, NYYorktown Heights, NYCroton on Hudson, NYSleepy Hollow, NY Compensation $17.70 - $18.50 per hour (Based on qualifications and experience)Hiring managers will be conducting (in-person) interviews at this event.Qualifications Qualifications Valid Driver's License Required (preferred but not required)High School Diploma Preferred for DSPNo prior experience is required to become a DSP as training will be providedAll job-specific training will be conducted at IAHD Training HUB or specific work location.
