Works closely with Direct Support Professionals, Program Supervisor and Manager to ensure that services and activities are implemented, documented and provided in accordance with program plans. Meets regularly with Program Supervisor to assess the effectiveness of assignments to ensure that participant needs are being addressed and appropriate services are being provided.Provides appropriate instruction and direction to all Direct Support Professionals assigned to designated sites, to ensure correct implementation of individual program plans and smooth operation of room. Meets regularly with room staff persons, to discuss program and performance issues. Provides input on performance appraisals.
