Direct Support ProfessionalPay Range: $20 - $20.50 per hour (Depending on years of experience)JOB SUMMARY:Make a real difference by helping individuals with developmental disabilities live vibrant, meaningful, and independent lives on their own terms. As a Direct Support Professional, you'll build trusted relationships and provide personalized support that honors each person's strengths, choices, and goals. We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) who values people for who they are and is excited to walk alongside adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they engage in the activities they love and pursue their goals.Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 AM to 4 PMA Day in the Life:You'll spend your days assisting with care to a group of people who enjoy:Putting puzzles togetherReadingBake goodiesWatch moviesRelaxing at homeThis group is looking for someone who is kind, dependable, a good communicator, and most of all—someone who enjoys spending time with them.
