The Arc of Opportunity is looking for Direct Support Professionals to fill that mission.Salary & Benefits: $5,000 Hiring Bonus ($500 paid after completion of training, $1,000 paid at 3 months, $1,000 at 6 months and $2,500 paid at 1 year) $1500 Referral Bonus for Current Staff! $20.81 an hour or $21.85 with MAP Certification Comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage.
