Full Time Direct Support Professional (BHPP)Child & Family Support Services (CFSS) is accepting applications for Full Time Direct Support Professional (BHPP) to provide direct support services to children, young adults, and families in their home and community settings throughout Maricopa County.Build a rewarding career at CFSS by empowering children and young adults with behavioral health challenges to overcome obstacles and reach their goals. We believe in investing in our team you'll receive all the training and guidance you need to grow and succeed with us.Direct Support Professional are teammates that have:A passion for empowering young people to maximize their potential through mentoring, role-modeling, coaching and other individually-tailored interventions.Implement skill-building activities and behavior coaching tailored to individual needsCollaborate with families, therapists, and other professionals to coordinate careAbility to relate to and build positive connections with children and adults and be working in a strength-based and family-centered way.Implement strength-based support plans that capture the unique culture and needs of the family.Assist in skill training, family support, and coordinating access to community resources.Collaborate with Child and Family Team (CFT) members, including other providers, stakeholders, and agency management.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and services provided.Maintain professional boundaries and represent CFSS in a positive and professional manner at all times.Direct Support Professional (BHPP) Education/Experience Needed (one of the following):High school diploma or GED and 1 1/2 years of behavioral health experienceDirect Support Professional(BHPP) Requirements:Must be 21 years or olderAbility to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekendsValid Arizona Driver's License with an acceptable 39 month driving recordReliable transportation, including proof of InsuranceCandidates are required to submit a negative drug testObtain an Arizona DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance CardComplete Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid trainingCompensation: $18.50/hr - $20/hrWe offer a full benefits package to all full-time employees, including:Medical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife and disability insurance401(k) contribution matchPaid time off and sick timePaid holidaysCell phone stipendMileage reimbursementCFSS was founded in 2003.
