Santa Lucia Caregiver PositionSanta Lucia is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving greater independence and community involvement. This role offers the opportunity to engage in community-based activities, fostering meaningful relationships and promoting a fulfilling lifestyle for those we serve.What's it like to be a caregiver at Santa Lucia?On a typical day, you might:Provide transportation and supervisionModel appropriate behaviorsPlan and participate in community activities such as movies, bowling, parks, zoo visits, car rides, or sporting eventsSupport individuals in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and assist with daily living skillsQualifications:Age: Must be at least 18 years old.Education: High school diploma or equivalent.Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.Experience: No prior experience necessary; we provide comprehensive training.Compensation:Customized Community Support Provider: $19.15 per hourSchedule:Part Time within Monday-Friday 9am-5pmWhy Choose Santa Lucia?At Santa Lucia, we believe in empowering both our clients and our providers.
