Direct Support Professional (DSP)Weekend Overnight | $21.60–$24.60/hourLocations: Niles, Morton Grove, Mt. Prospect, Des Plaines, and Evanston, IL, Highland Park. Location assignments are first come, first served based on available openings.Schedule:Friday: 2:00 PM–12:00 AMSaturday: 9:00 AM–9:00 PMSunday: 9:00 AM–9:00 PMValid driver's license required. Must be willing to drive company vehicles.Pay$21.60/hour base rate$24.60/hour for employees listed as a DD-Aide on the HCWRAbout the PositionRimland is seeking dependable, compassionate, and professional DSPs to support adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.Responsibilities include:Assisting with daily living activitiesMeal preparationSupporting independence and social skillsProviding companionshipCommunity outings and activitiesSupporting individual goalsNo prior DSP experience required.
