Direct Support Professional (DSP)Come join our life-changing team building hope, resilience, and well-being as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)!We are offering a generous sign on bonus of $1,000!Starting wage is $17.00/hr for a DSP position with the following requirements:Ability to pass a background check including driving recordOver 18 years oldValid driver's licensePositions Available:Ashland House -Position 1: Every Other Weekend (Sat & Sun) 10a-8p (20 hours biweekly)Position 2: Monday - Friday 7a-3p (80 hours biweekly, benefit eligible position!)Position 3: Every Friday 3p-8p, and Every Other Saturday & Sunday 10a-8p (30 hours biweekly)Portland House -Position 1: Mon, Tues, Weds & Thurs 3p-8p, and Every Other Sat & Sun 10a-8p (60 hours biweekly; benefit eligible position!)No experience necessaryAll training is provided and PAID!!Extensive benefit packageLocation: Ashland House - 1436 Ashland Ave., St. Paul. MN 55104Job Functions include assisting people with disabilities with:Cooking, cleaning, and household choresFinancial and behavior managementMedical appointments, health, and medication managementTransportation and involvement with shopping and community activitiesThe Disability Services program is dedicated to promoting self-sufficiency, independence, and active community engagement for individuals with developmental disabilities of any age.
