Part-Time ICLS/Homemakers/PCA Workers NeededLooking for ICLS/Homemakers/PCA workers in the Two Harbors area to help disabled adults. This is a perfect job for people who are looking for a little extra income. Schedules vary depending on client needs. This position is very part-time to start but can build into more hours as there has been an increasing need for support in the community. There really is no place like home! You'll be helping families in your community stay in their homes.Providing direct support to individuals this includes supporting the client in individualized goals, including personal care tasks such as helping client get in and out of bed, assisting with bathing/showering, and making sure their home is clean and safe.Building relationships with individuals and reporting any concerns to the Designated Coordinator.Supporting community engagement by attending community events, etc.QualificationsQualified applicants need reliable transportation and are comfortable visiting clients in their home.
