Direct Support Professional (DSP)Location: Philadelphia, PA 19115 Compensation Rate: Up to $20/hour, depending on experience Schedule: Flexible, with availability for weekdays, overnight shifts, weekends, and other variable hours as neededJob Summary: We are seeking caring, compassionate, and energetic Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide supportive living services to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDDs). This role involves assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and offering companionship and emotional support in a safe, respectful, and structured environment.Requirements:Must be at least 18 years of ageBachelor's degree in a related field (required)Minimum of 3 years of experience working with individuals with IDDsValid driver's licenseKey Responsibilities:Assist individuals with daily living tasksProvide personal care and hygiene supportTransport and accompany individuals to medical appointments or community outingsAdminister prescribed medications (if certified)Maintain accurate documentation of services providedOffer companionship and basic emotional or psychological supportHelp maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environmentThis is a rewarding opportunity for professionals who want to make a difference in the lives of others while working in a flexible and supportive setting.
