Job description
Direct Support ProfessionalJoin Child Serve as a Direct Support Professional, in this role you will be responsible for supporting children and young adults with daily living and encouraging their independence. Direct Support Professionals work with supervisors, therapists, nursing staff, and families in program development and implementation. Examples include assisting the children and young adults with becoming as independent as possible in personal care skills, preparing meals, caring for household, community exposure/involvement, and other life skills areas.Schedule/PayThe starting pay for this position is between $ /hour with opportunities for advancement. There is an increased wage differential for the weekend package hours of 120%.
