Direct Support ProfessionalsFounded and headquartered in Danielson in 2006, with additional program locations established in Avon and Bethany Connecticut, The Supported Living Group (SLG) provides industry leading non-medical community based and person centered support services throughout the state of Connecticut.Multiple Shifts-Sunday 8:00am- 4:00pm, Saturday 7:30am- 3:30pm- every other weekendMonday and Wednesday 7:30am to 10pmThursday- 7:30am- 4:00pmSunday- 7:30am- 1:30pm, 1:30pm- 10:00pmMonday and Thursday- 7:30am- 6:00pmAre you ready for an exciting opportunity to support individuals in their journey towards independence and personal growth?
