Advocates is seeking Direct Support Staff to provide hands-on support in a residential setting for adults with developmental disabilities. This entry-level role offers opportunities to build meaningful relationships and advance within a supportive, balanced workplace.
You will assist individuals with daily living activities, meals, routines, and community outings, while helping build skills and independence.
