The ideal candidate will have experience operating directional drilling equipment to install underground utilities efficiently and safely. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.Key Responsibilities:Operate directional drilling equipment for underground utility installationRead and interpret blueprints, job specifications, and utility markingsEnsure bore path accuracy and proper depth placementMaintain and perform routine inspections on drilling equipmentWork closely with crew members to ensure safe and efficient job completionFollow all safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practicesTroubleshoot drilling issues and make necessary adjustmentsQualifications:Experience operating directional drilling equipment in a utility construction settingKnowledge of underground utility installation techniques and safety requirementsAbility to read and interpret project plans and utility locatesStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work in various outdoor conditions and lift heavy equipment as neededCDL license (preferred)OSHA certification (preferred)If you are an experienced Directional Drill Operator looking for a rewarding opportunity with a growing company, apply today!
