Salary: $160,000–$180,000 + 15% Bonus
Location: Remote (Limited Travel)

Our client is a technology-enabled healthcare organization focused on improving specialty care through pharmacy optimization, intelligent data management, and operational excellence. They are seeking a Director, 340B Pharmacy Operations to lead the operational delivery and compliance of their growing 340B Infusion Leakage Program.
What You'll Do
Lead the organization's 340B operational and compliance program.
Oversee HRSA compliance, OPAIS registration, eligibility validation, and financial integrity.
Direct implementation, onboarding, training, and successful go-live execution for new partners.
Develop SOPs, quality assurance processes, and compliance audit programs.
Monitor KPIs, governance activities, and operational performance across partner organizations.
Identify opportunities to improve program performance and support continued growth.
What You Bring
3–5+ years of direct 340B program management experience.
Strong knowledge of HRSA regulations, OPAIS registration, and Medicaid carve-in/carve-out strategies.
Experience with Verity Solutions, Macro Helix, CareTend, WeInfuse, or similar 340B platforms.
Understanding of infusion therapy, specialty pharmacy operations, and payer reimbursement.
Experience leading compliance initiatives, developing SOPs, and collaborating with healthcare stakeholders.
PharmD or RPh preferred.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related healthcare or business field.
Experience leading multi-site 340B programs and cross-functional teams.
