Job description
Own the Patient Access enablement strategy, roadmap, priorities, and outcomes.
Establish standards, governance, decision rights, and operating frameworks for access technology, digital access, automation, workforce enablement and related capabilities.
Identify structural barriers to access and solutions based on patient impact.
Advise the VP, Patient Access and executive leadership on access capabilities, technology investments, vendor performance, and system-level opportunities.
