Job description
Joint Commission International is seeking a Director of Product Delivery for Accreditation and Certification Operations based in Oakbrook Terrace, IL. The role leads a pod of Account Executives and Organization Engagement staff, driving growth, retention, and customer satisfaction across programs.
You will oversee strategic account plans, partner with Marketing, and ensure adherence to accreditation policies while supporting senior leadership and field operations.
