Nealy Pierce has been exclusively engaged by a respected, non-profit community hospital in Eastern North Carolina to recruit a Director of Acute Care Nursing.
This leadership opportunity includes oversight of:
4 Med/Surg Units + PCU
155+ teammates
Well supported by 2 Nurse Managers + 2 Clinical Coordinators + Charge RN's and a Department Educator
The organization is seeking a collaborative nursing leader who enjoys mentoring teams, improving operations, and helping shape a strong inpatient culture alongside a highly engaged executive leadership team.

Requirements
RN required
BSN required; Master's preferred
5+ years acute care nursing experience
3+ years nursing leadership experience
Strong Med/Surg leadership background preferred
Team-oriented leadership style with strong communication skills
