Job description
We are looking for a high-performing sales leader to drive advertising revenue and build strategic relationships with leading brands, advertisers, and media agencies.
This is a hands-on role with end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle from identifying and developing new opportunities through pitching, negotiation, and closing. The role is ideal for someone with a strong network across advertisers and agencies who enjoys building relationships and directly driving revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver advertising sales and revenue targets.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of brands, advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners.
Develop senior relationships with CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Leaders, media agencies, and agency executives.
Sell integrated media solutions including digital advertising, branded content, video, sponsorships, partnerships, and custom campaigns.
Drive the complete sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, commercial negotiations, closing, and account growth.
Develop new client relationships while expanding existing accounts and partnerships.
Work closely with internal Creative, Content, Strategy, and Client Success teams to develop customized solutions.
Stay closely connected to trends across digital media, advertising, content, creator economy, and emerging media platforms.
Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting, and sales reporting.
What We’re Looking For
6–12 years of experience in advertising sales, media sales, brand partnerships, digital media, or related B2B sales.
Strong track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
Existing relationships with brands, advertisers, media agencies, or marketing decision-makers.
Experience selling digital media, branded content, video, sponsorships, creator partnerships, or integrated marketing solutions.
Strong commercial, consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of the US advertising and media ecosystem.
