Job description
Rocket Lab is seeking a Construction Project Director to lead large-scale facilities and aerospace manufacturing projects, ensuring on-time delivery, cost control, and regulatory compliance. You will oversee capital programs from concept through commissioning, partnering with Facilities, Manufacturing, Engineering, EHS, and executive leadership.
You'll drive multi-year roadmaps, manage budgets and contracts, and champion safety across sites while aligning with long-term production and growth
