Job description
The Director of Housing Preservation at Atlanta Housing leads a team of real estate professionals to preserve affordable housing across AH’s HomeFlex, Mixed and RAD portfolios. Under the VP of Repositioning & Asset Management, the role focuses on preserving existing affordable housing while delivering high-quality outcomes for residents.
Responsibilities include developing preservation strategies, coordinating HUD submissions, and driving financial close while improving community quality of life
