Job description
The YMCA of Greenville is seeking an experienced Youth & Family Services Program Director to lead After School Child Care (ASCC) programs. You will oversee operations, staff recruitment and development, curriculum design, and field trips, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
Reporting to the Youth & Family Services Director, you will drive program growth, partner with HR and leadership, and manage the branch budget while promoting YMCA values and family engagement across the community.
