Job description
Ironclad is seeking a Director of GTM Engineering & Systems Architecture to design and ship autonomous AI-driven agents across the Revenue org. You will own the GTM tech stack and integrate CRM, data warehouse, and autonomous systems to scale revenue operations globally.
The role requires 8+ years building AI systems, a track record shipping AI agents, and leadership of CRM/CPQ teams. The position is based in San Francisco with a competitive OTE and equity options.
