Lead enterprise AI governance implementations, compliance initiatives, and risk management programs for global organizations deploying AI at scale.
About the Role
You will lead end-to-end implementation of our AI governance platform across enterprise customers — owning deployment, integration, and adoption.
What You'll Do
Integrate with enterprise systems (APIs, workflows, gateways)
Configure policy engines, controls, and audit workflows
Define governance operating model (RACI, approvals, escalation)
Partner with engineering + product to close gaps
Build implementation methodology and accelerators
What We’re Looking For
10+ years in enterprise SaaS implementation (ideally governance, GRC, or AI)
Strong systems integration experience (APIs, workflows)
Ability to translate business policy into system configuration
Nice to Have
Background in ServiceNow or similar platforms
Exposure to AI/ML lifecycle tooling
