Job description
Rackspace Technology seeks an experienced senior commercial and transactional attorney to structure, negotiate, and close complex GPU/AI infrastructure agreements. Embedded across Sales, Sourcing, Privacy, and Corporate Development, the role acts as a go-to expert for issues unique to GPU compute and AI workloads.
The attorney partners with practice leads to balance deal velocity with regulatory risk, and guides playbooks and templates for standard terms.
