Job description
Fidelity is seeking a Director of AI/ML Engineering to lead architecture and delivery of enterprise AI/ML workloads in a cloud environment. You will work with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to design scalable, secure platforms for deployment, inference, tuning, and observability.
You will guide cross-functional teams, develop best practices, and drive strategic technology initiatives across the business unit. Onsite work is required in the rollout regions.
