Role Summary
We are looking for analytic executives who possess excellent communication skills, a desire to work with senior executives at leading companies, and the ability to collaborate with Ipsos MMA data science teams to translate technical outputs into meaningful recommendations. In this position you will lead and coordinate all activities of an industry vertical(s), manage the existing client base, oversee ongoing deliverables, ensure the health of client relationships, and grow the company's presence in the vertical.
Responsibilities
Client Relationships: Insure the health of the existing client base within the vertical by building lasting senior relationships, developing a deep understanding of their business, and acting as a trusted advisor on online/offline marketing, pricing, operations, forecasting, and other areas related to MMA’s expertise.
Revenue Accountability: Grow the base revenue of each client and expand the vertical through both existing and new client growth year‑over‑year.
Consulting Excellence: Provide world‑class consulting support in Marketing Analytics, Attribution & Optimization to MMA clients, and guide teams working on these businesses to grow their capabilities.
Activation Leadership: Guide cross‑functional stakeholders at our clients and their agency partners in implementing results and embedding these outcomes into ongoing business planning.
Value Tracking: Establish a process at each client for tracking the value delivered through improvements in revenue and profit, and share results with senior sponsors and executive teams via a quarterly governance process.
Governance: Establish and adhere to a formal governance process at each client to ensure cross‑functional alignment with program objectives and ongoing feedback.
Project Delivery: Enable and enforce on‑time, high‑quality deliverables for clients, working closely with Data & Modeling COE teams.
Business Operations: Ensure all operational and financial metrics and guidelines are met, including SOW creation and signing, invoicing, project timelines, hours reporting, and other key operational activities.
