Director, Analytics & Insights Enablement
Location: Parsippany, NJ (Hybrid)

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the development of enterprise-level analytics and BI solutions
Collaborate with senior leaders to define analytics strategies
Oversee BI product operations and daily activities
Drive adoption and continuous improvement of analytics platforms
Ensure high-quality, scalable data systems with IT teams
About You
Expertise in healthcare data analytics, especially operational and financial data sets
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and Power BI
Proven ability to translate complex data insights into user-friendly BI solutions
Strong leadership skills with experience in agile methodologies
