Job description
The University of Louisville seeks a Director of Annual Giving to lead early-stage donor development and build a robust major gift pipeline. You will oversee annual giving programs, manage the leadership annual giving team, and guide strategy through data-driven donor movement.
You will partner with development officers and campus leaders to align fundraising priorities, monitor metrics, and advance donors from annual giving toward leadership gifts and major contributions.
