Rocking Horse Ranch Resort in Highland, NY 12528 is seeking a Director of Aquatics and Recreation. Oversee aquatics, recreation, and winter fun park operations, train certifying lifeguards through Starguard, and manage a staff of up to 80 attendants to ensure safe, memorable guest experiences.

The role requires 5+ years in leadership roles in aquatics or recreation, a Starguard certification (or willingness to train), a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays.
