Job description
The City of Norfolk is seeking a Division Head of Aquatics to lead staffing, citywide programming, and large facility operations for aquatics and beaches. The role involves budgeting, policy development, and administrative oversight under limited supervision.
Qualified candidates will have an undergraduate degree in a related field and 2–3 years of experience managing teams, plus valid lifeguard/CPR certifications and pool operator credentials. A valid driver's license is required.
